Shipping & returns.
Final shipping destinations, processing times, carrier services, return windows, fees, exclusions, and support contacts require business approval before launch. The storefront will not invent those terms. Shopify will show order-specific shipping, taxes, and discounts before payment.
Launch requirement: Checkout should remain disabled until the final policy is approved and this page is updated with the actual legal entity, support contact, return address process, time windows, item-condition rules, and market-specific rights.
Before you place an order
Review the product page, final policy, delivery destination, shipping service, total cost, and estimated timing shown at Shopify checkout.
If an order arrives damaged
Preserve the packaging and order information, and contact customer care promptly using the support channel that will be published here. Do not ship an item to an unverified address.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method according to Shopify, payment-provider, and bank processing times. Exact timing will be stated in the final policy.
